Exchange & Returns Policy
At H. we prioritize hygiene and quality. Due to the intimate nature of nightwear, we only accept exchanges for incorrect size, defective items, or wrong product received.
Conditions: Exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with unboxing video. Tag must be intact and item must be unused, unwashed.
